Cybex U.S. Corp. has extensive experience in the design of cathodic protection systems for new and existing pipelines, compressor stations, meter stations and many other facilities.

 

The impressed current anode system designs include canister and/or prepackaged linear anodes supplemented with carbonaceous backfill to reduce contact resistance to ground.  Sacrificial anode system designs include the selection of the optimum size, shape and alloy of anode for each individual application.

 

The location of impressed current and sacrificial anode beds is determined by the expected current demand, coating quality, locations of foreign structures, site and a.c. accessibility as well as terrain and other features.
